I've been plotting to make these brownies for a while, and I finally got around to it. Yes, that's right folks, we have another beer brownie. chocolate brownies. I have tried a lot of different types of brownies but I would say these are among my favorites. These are very easy to make a take very little time. Even though I would not recommend it, if you are feeling lazy and want to use a chocolate brownie box mix that will work as well. Just pour the prepared box mix into the baking dish and top with the cheesecake mixture. The cheesecake topping is the high light of this recipe. A touch of vanilla extract gives it that amazing flavor. I didn’t swirl my brownies too much but you can swirl more with a butter knife for a more intense swirl affect. Here's what I came up with: deep-fried pizza dough sprinkled with confectioners' sugar and filled with white chocolate, toasted pistachios, ground cherries, and passion fruit. Since the pizza dough recipe makes a lot of dough, we also made cheese pizza that was so popular the kids fought over the last piece. It’s amazing to me, and crushing to Alex, that in the year that I have posted to this site I have not produced a single peanut butter recipe. How could this be? I love peanut butter. The 80’s was the first time I ever had Bailey’s Irish Cream. Now before you envision some teenager doing shots of Bailey’s(yuck could you imagine?), it was simply a sip of my mom’s coffee that was spiked with Bailey’s. But I remember it being good. Not like any of the other “yucky” alcohol I had tasted thus far. The flavor stuck with me and whenever my mom would make them(which was usually only around the Holidays) I would beg for a sip. I was an annoyingly squeaky clean kid so it never dawned on me just to make one of my own when the parental unit was not around. I’m still a squeaky clean nerd now too.
